Fabbian’s Holistic Yoga for Body, Mind, Spirit
Traditionally inspired holistic hatha yoga. Classes will include poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), chanting and guided relaxation (pratyhara). Excellent for pain relief and re-alignment of chakras. Gentle poses will help with detoxification, spinal and joint health, physical strength and overall energy. Whole practice of yoga stimulates & balances hormones, enhances intuition (body intelligence) and spiritual awareness. The goal of yoga is to extend and deepen meditation. This allows a deep healing to take place on all levels of our being.

4 O’CLOCK YOGA with Donna
Relax | Refocus | Rejuvenate
This one-hour yoga class will be done at a gentle pace, allowing time to learn the basics of yoga, including classical yoga poses, sun salutations and breathing exercises to develop a balance of strength and flexibility. Students will learn about the principles of alignment and how to flow into a pose using breathing techniques. Benefits include increased strength, coordination, range of motion, and an overall feeling of wellness in the mind and body. All levels welcome!

A Group Supporting Change This informal group joins for ‘a time of focus’ done at home on the last Wednesday most months from 8:00-8:30pm and organized by email.

This group focuses on requests submitted by members of the group and each request is dealt with using these three steps of focus . .
- Take yourself and your pictures out of the process and find a point of passion associated with the request.
- Allow your energy to flow into this point of passion.
- Know that the new reality has been achieved for the good of all.
